[SIPForum-discussion] SIP Flow with a 200OK(without SDP) to the INVITE

In the above call flow, 'B' is at fault as it is not answering the SDP
offer it received in INVITE from 'A'. and this is the reason, you are
having audio issues as A doesn't have media info of B. 'A' should not ACK
the 200 OK as it doesn't contain the SDP.

I believe 'B should sent the answer in either in provisional response or in
200 OK. RFC 6337 section 3.1.1 have the detail on UAS behavior in this
scenario.
