[SIPForum-discussion] sip tel uri user=phone

Hi


Problem: (232323 is not tel URI, it is a user part os SIP uri with numeric )
Server is rejecting the invite with 404 response,
when call intiated to sip:232323 at example.com;user=phone

but it is accepting when DUT send sip:232323 at example.com

when should i add user=phone ?
is "sip:232323 at example.com;user=phone" valid ?
Any RFC standard section talks about it ?
