[SIPForum-discussion] maxptime missing

Hi All

I have a query

call drop has been observed if maxptime is absent in sdp.

In an IMS Call , originator sending ptime and maxptime both in SDP but
terminating side only sending ptime !!! maxptime is missing.

is it an issue??
please explain
