As said in other mail responses also, this should be the case of forking
and in that case there will be two different dialogs.
Every dialog will have 1 offer-answer model. and effectively for a call 2
offer-answer.
One dialog (becaues of INVITE-183) shall be terminated as 200 OK (INVITE)
is received.
So this is a valid scenario.

Just for the information, in case there is only one dialog and answer is
coming in both 1xx and 200 OK (INVITE) responses then they must be exactly
same and second answer MUST be ignored in that case.
