Hi,

As offer answer is completed after 183 sdp , To handle 200 coming with
different sdp,

1. We cannot send a new offer in ACK. If you want to send new offer then do
new sip transaction (Re-invite/Update).
2. 200 sdp is sdp answer and should be same as 183 sdp reliable response.
But due to it is different, if ignore then no speech will be done. So you
can update media parameters to do successfully speech w/o any transaction
if possible.
