Hi Suman,

A number of possible use cases that can result party A sending BYE on receipt of 180 ringing.  If INVITE has offer and the answer in 180 does not match from the point of view of Party A, it can choose to BYE the call.
Another use case could be if the call gets forked and multiple responses are received, the Party A can choose to BYE one fork.
