[SIPForum-discussion] Turn server response in case of Allocation over TCP connection (between client and turn server)

I am executing a ICE-ICE call scenario on which we have TCP turnserver and
when client is generating allocation request it is not getting any response.

  So when Reinvite goes out it sets 0 port for those which did not have the
 allocation response.

 Query 1: Is it OK that turnserver is not responding with any failure
 response??, we should have some kind of response.

 Query 2: what should be the behaviour of ice call here??
