Hi,

Definitely there is – I know for sure and it has to be fixed in order for call to work, regardless of m line change or not. But cannot remember which RFC and have no time to check – please take a look possibly 3551, 3264 or even 3261.

Without enabling reliability mechanism is there any rfc supporting SDP version increment in 183&200 msg. Please note there is no change in m:line of SDP.
