[SIPForum-discussion] Transport=tcp in Requst Uri and tel uri without angular brackets

Hi all

I have a  two doubts
1.If a Req-URi has trasport=tcp does this mean the Via  be as  Via:
SIP/2.0/TCP ?
(i feel it mandatory to send this request over TCP )

2. Can i have a From header as

tel:+1-223-567-3345;tag=abcde

without angular brackets <>
iam stresing on tel uri without angular bracket
