The 200OK in the call flow is not the 200OK for initial INVITE message,
it's the acknowledgement for PRACK message.

According to the (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3262#page-6)

"The provisional response MUST establish a dialog if one is not yet
created."

According to the (http://tools.ietf.org/search/rfc3261#page-90)

"A BYE request is constructed as would any other request within a dialog,
as described in Section 12 <http://tools.ietf.org/search/rfc3261#section-12>
."

So in this case BYE is the legal message that can be send to terminate the
session.
