Hard to say what is happening, but I would suspect that the calling party
is trying to renegociate SDP since the response is 200 OK SDP. If you have
the full packet capture we'd be able to tell. It looks pretty consistent
that the calling party sends the options about every 5 minutes, with the
exception of the first one which is odd because it just set up the call.
