[SIPForum-discussion] Proxy forwards a request but does not receive a response , so how proxy will handle.

It depends on the proxy
Stateful proxy can send 200 OK on behalf of B to A
And if B fails to send response to P then after timeout it can/shall cancel
the transaction/session
