[SIPForum-discussion] Caller-id over SIP

Good day,

I need to know what are the parametes to send caller-id over SIP, there are
some fields on SIP Header:

   -  from
   -  sip display info
   -  sip from address user part
   - contact
   - call-id
   - remote-party-id

Which of these parameters are required to send the caller id??
