As someone else mentioned, use SIPp. It is by far the best tool available and is free. It is an XML based tool and is fairly simple to use. It can also be use with any UAS, as header manipulations is quite easy.

I want to install two SIP Soft phones on different machines without a proxy in between.

1. Can you please tell me which FREE SIP UAs i can use.

2. Can this be also used with Asterisk PBx in between
