Hello Zuniga,

If SDP Comes in 180 Ringing with "supported header" 100rel we should
acknowledge the provisional response with PRACK and 200OK. In your scenario
you should acknowledge the 180 RINGING with PRACK if not it keep on sending
180 message after some time you ate receiving timeout. So look into that.
