[SIPForum-discussion] Sec-Agree mechanism with TLS

HI All

I have seen secAgree with IPSEC using AKA.But not sure about using TLS .
Can anyone explain how it works if negotiated sec-Agree uses TLS?

------>Register (Sec-Client : 3gpp-ipsec;q=0.1,tls;q=0.2)
<------401 (Sec-Server :tls)
