[SIPForum-discussion] Sequence of Via headers

The 180 response with  Vias not one above other  is not a flaw as per RFC
3261 (does not speak about the restriction).
If content length had a value then i think this may  not be valid.(Via
shown is in space  reseverved  for messge body)
