Hello,
This seems like a G.729a call, annexb set to yes enables that
functionality of g729b. G.729ab is I believe a variant on cisco UCs or
other devices that produces better voice compression using VAD and DTX.
I've seen on some devices where it is no specified in the message which
spec. algorithm it is using but only in the device configuration. happy
