Have you looked into fax software such as RightFax:

Support for SIP integrations via T.38 (and G711) are available, as well as hardware/server and virtual server implementation options.

Is there any IP or SIP Fax software which we can install in our PC, and can transmit FAX ( T.38 or G711) to any SIP Soft-switch with SIP credentials.
