[SIPForum-discussion] What is MWI ?

Adding to Vijay.. This SIP message will be sending as a SIP "NOTIFY"
message. which will be mostly by a NIST (Non invite Server Transaction)
method . That means it is just posting the MWI and not waiting for any 200
OK . This is the approch  which I have created worked for a Telecom company
in US.
