As per my understanding, this case will be valid for the re-registration.
Contact is not mandatory in request for mandatory in response of registration. So if REGISTRATION request does not
Contain contact header it means:
1. UAC wants registration remains unchanged
2. require the current list of registrations  in the response

Let me know if something doesn't seem correct.

 If  UAS will send the registration request to registration server with out "contact" header field then is the register server will send successful 200 OK ,if yes how can its possible because  registration server will bind  CONTACT  and TO  header field and keep it in the location server ..
