[SIPForum-discussion] call-id and dialogue-id

Hi Varun,

Call-ID header field is a dialog identifier and it's purpose is to identify
messages belonging to the same call.

Dialog Id /  Dialogs are identified using Call-ID, From tag, and To tag.
Messages that have these three identifiers same belong to the same dialog.
