[SIPForum-discussion] Regarding CRLF

Hi All,
when framing content-length whether CRLF character after sdp should also be
taken into consideration?, for example actual length of sdp is 283 and CRLF
length is 2 means what should be the content length   whether its 283 or
285? if there is any draft/rfc available for the please let me know.I
kindly request you all to help me in this.
