Sorry wasn't sure about the expired date. That was the doc where i understood various call transfer scenarios. Is there any latest draft on this?

I have following doubts regarding this Service Example:

1)Alive is calling Bob,but call is forwarded to gateway,So how proxy came to know where i need to forward this request?
2)How proxy is re-writing the Request-URI to the gateway URI?
