[SIPForum-discussion] SIP INFO method and mid-session

Even ISUP supports media flow via channels before real call gets statrted.
ACM has a bit which will tell you if there will be any flow of media in the
media channel or not before the call is established....OBCI should contain
inband info true for this kinda implementations.
