Hi Randy,

did you configured all necessary settings for this carrier?
at session router section: access-control, session agent (not mandatory),
sip-interface, local-policy
at media-manager section: realm-config and steering-pool?

you can activate sipd debug and look for the sipd.log to find whats wrong
(in case you're not carrying a lot of traffic).
