Yes, this is correct.

This would indicate that both the caller (5518040030) and the callee
(10024000611) are registered at 192.18.4.105, or at least that
192.18.4.105 is a proxy server that serves them both. The domain part of
the the SIP URI's in the To: and From: addresses are more for
informational purposes and in the general case need not be IP addresses at
all, but rather, domain names.

The path for routing responses to this SIP message is taken from the Via
and Contact tags, which has the IP address and UDP port where the calling
user agent is listening.
