[SIPForum-discussion] SIP 513 message

Hi,

I am facing issue when i try to call from A to B which is registered in
openSER, the server is responding with 513 Message too big, what does this
mean?

Is it like, the SIP client (UAC) is sending some notification message which
is too long or some thing else?
