SDP2 is the answer to SDP1 - which we don't know how the controller created it.
If SDP2 is compatible to the re-INVITE of SDP3 then SDP2 being the same in both
2/8 is perfectly valid.

Assume Controller dosent have any Trans coding Functionality.
And Assume SDP contain only single codec. In case 8 step should be SDP3 , as per
my understanding.
So I think ccall should be finally establish on SDP3 .
