Hi,

413 response can be used by a proxy to reject a request with a message body
that is too large. A proxy suffering congestion could temporarily generate
this response to save processing long requests

The 513 Message Too Large response is used by a UAS to indicate that the
request

size was too large for it to process.

Regards,

Kias
