i want to knwo more about SIP over TCP and SIP-I,

1. how call flow if SIP over TCP
2 what is advantagesif we want to deploy SIPover TCPin, in current secnario
any one using this?
3. wher it exactly applicable on network level?

and  help me with relevant document and call flwo which give me idea about
SIP-I.
