Hi,

I can suggest sipp or sip inspector.With these tools you can create sip scenarious and send rtp packets within this tool to the destination which you have recognized in your INTIVE packet.You can use this tool as a client also.

But I do not know whether you can send RTP packets without any scenario  with these tools.

Hi Manoj,
I think I was not clear with my question. I know about wireshark and Netmon stuff which is used to capture the traffic and can be used to analyze the packets.
But let me put my question this way, I am in search of a tool which can generate RTP packets so that I can test my RTP receiver which is a part of my SIP Client. Until now I was using Asterisk as my SIP Server but it is not generating any RTP packets. So I am searching a tool which can generate RTP packets, so that there is a chance to test my RTP receiver code.

Hope that explains my problem.
