Hi Raghul,

consider a scenario where
1> A sends Invite to B
2> B sends 200 OK to A. there is delay introduced by nw
3> A gets 200 OK just before its timeout
4> B has timedout for this transaction. and destroys this transaction
5> A sends ACK

A  - INVITE - > B
A <- 200 OK -   B
   (delay)
   (timeout)
A  -  ACK    -> B

now since B has destroyed the transaction it will send 481 call
leg/transaction does not exists for the ACK message it sent in
response to a 200 OK.
