Hi Santosh,

The call hold in SIP is achieved by a re-invite.
there are 2 ways to achieve this

   1> The connection line (c) in sdp is set to 0.0.0.0
   2> The audio attribute (a) for media in sdp is set to 'inactive'.

since this is an INVITE dialog, ACK is required to complete the transaction.
