I am trying first to Address a routing issue with our IVR Platform in regard to sending calls through our ACME SBC.

Since all calls are serviced through this appliance what "SIP" remote IP are we sending the calls to. If we send the calls directly to the SBC we get hung up at the 100 and no 200 okay coming back to us.

The Current solution in place is to call the remote sip ip which was the hammer g5 10.205.53.4 which the SBC recognized as a valid IP in its address tables to allow the call to proceed to the IVR platform. (in trying to simulate what our hammer appliance was doing).

The following SIP ladder call flow is the request from the SIPp Load Generator towards the Hammer G5 then on to the IVR platform, this example we are just making a call to my desk phone.

|Time | 172.20.2.242 (<-our SIPp load generator) | 10.205.53.12 |

What I am trying to figure out is what the IP the SBC is not recognizing here if we send the call directly to the SBC from sipp at 172.20.2.242:5065<mailto:sipp at 172.20.2.242:5065>?
