Would you care to explain that? In the traditional telephone network,
'glare' is when both endpoints connected to a circuit try to seize that
circuit at the same time to place a call to the other endpoint. In a SIP
network, there are no 'circuits' and nothing to seize, so I fail to
understand how the traditional definition of 'glare' could be applied.
