[SIPForum-discussion] Reg: Small doubt in SIP message..

Hi,
  I have an doubt.
     suppose the sip message contains more than one TO and FROM headers. What will happen in server side?
     it take top most value or reject the message ?

(Note: The general information, the sip headers  present more than one time in the single sip message in any order).
