Wel,

the UAS can send 18X responses even after offer-answer.
Basicaly the ofer-ans doesnt relate to INVITE-200OK or 200OK-ACK always.
If the UAS is replying 18X with the ANSWER (in the 100rel case), then it is
alsofulfils the ofer-ans scenario.
And after that always the UAS can send 180 Ringing etc for the INVITE.
