I need a answer for  2 queries 
 
In Aastra SIp Phone Model  6739i and 6755 , Indian Timing is not coming automatically,How to enable this?
 
Call forwarding to Mobile Phone -Is it a Phone feature or PBX feature?

In my wireshark traces I have a 481 message in my use case call for the SIP protocol, I need to know:


  - When we use this case of messages "481"
  - Between which equipement we use it.
