Hello,

BYE message will only be sent to terminate Media session not SIP session. To terminate SIP session is CANCEL message.

The third option here is INVITE..

Hi,

I think BYE is the third.
It is not illegal to send a BYE in the early state to terminate a
specific early dialog (RFC5407)
