Hi,

Because this is the only way that User C can identify the call is forwarded from User-B.

If i am not wrong. In the forwarded invite the To header will be C's user address. Any other inputs would be appreciated.

Hi,

At the call forwarding scenario:

User-A calls User-B. User-B forwards all incoming calls (call forwarding unconditional) to User-C.

First the INVITE message contains:

 *   Request URI: User-B
 *   To: User-B
 *   From: User-A
Then it changes to

 *   Request URI: User-C
 *   To: User-B or User-C
 *   From: User-A
 *   Diversion header: User-B

My question is does "To header" of the changed INVITE contains the forwarded user's number(User-C) of the called number(User-B)?

Thanks very much for your help,

Aysegul
