Kalyan,

It seems odd that the system IP is 127.0.1.1 which is a non-routeable loop-back IP address.

Did you use that in this example as a replacement IP address for security reasons to hide your IP address?

If not then I think that might be your issue.

Does Service user "    INVITE sip:service at 140.242.250.200:5060 SIP/2.0  " is registered with your Registrar server.Please check have you registered user Service in your Register server.
