Hi,

It just means that both parties agree that they have the capability to
send-recv packets in either G729 or G723 in the media stream at the same
time. This means that there is no need for a reINVITE/UPDATE to zero-in on a
single codec.

So, if you are either of the parties, and you can not handle multiple codecs
in the same stream, then you should offer/answer with a single preferred
codec.
