[SIPForum-discussion] How to tell a UAC to send BYE to a current call

Hi, is there a way in SIP to send any kind of message to instruct a UAC to
send a BYE (terminate the call) to a current conversation?

I mean, A is talking to B....then C sends any kind of message to B to send a
 BYE to A...is that possible in some way using SIP signalling?
