Hello Sir,

I want to write a VoIP client in j2me using JSR 180 for making SIP call. Is it possible to develop J2me client using JSR 180 like fring(in Symbian) ?

For understanding we tried SIP Demo (available in Sun WTK2.5.2) in Nokia E61i device and could send message to server, where as in case of VoIP we

are not able to reach/hit asterisk server for REGISTER and INVITE., steps. verified using packet analyzer.

Actually we are trying out for half duplex communication, Since J2me has limitation in full duplex communication.

Kindly guide us to continue further in this process. Also please share us some samples for SIP call using VoIP for better understandings.
