[SIPForum-discussion] Use of C-seq

1.Use of C-seq in SIP call-It is used to keep track all transctaions within
a dilog in proper order.
3.The c-seq value will be changed  except Ack and cancel what i think so.

This is my opnion about question nu 1 and 3.
