Hi,
You'll need to provide a network trace (you can use wireshark) as there is very little information in your error description although we can safely say a busy signal is not a fax problem.

2.No response to pps repeated 3 times.
3.Failed to train remote modem at 2400 BPS or minimum speed.


Please suggest.
