[SIPForum-discussion] Branch and Tag parameters in SIP method

Generation of Branch & Tags is implementation dependent provided these met the requirement of unique and random. Branch parameter must be unique for all request sent by UA and must begin with that magic number. Tags must be unique with at least 32 bits of randomness.
