Hi Kemal,
One of my experience is;
A -> location -1 user
B -> location-2 user
A calls B. A dials 4 digit.
Call processed by Application Server and digit manipulation done on core level.
Lets say 4 digit becomes as regular B number.
By the way, Does Centrex solution means PBX?
If so then it is different :)
Regards,
Halit

Subject: [SIPForum-discussion] CENTREX Solution with SIP
Hi all;
I am investigating about how Centrex work with SIP. If an enterprise customer has a 2 different locations, how they call each other with short numbers(4 digit) ? Which SIP headers are used for it? Is there a standartization ? Does any one have a solution documentation? How the big companies handle it?
