[SIPForum-discussion] low ALOC (ACD) on protocol conversion

Hi All,

 

Does any body know if the protocol conversion between SIP and H.323 can
affect on ALOC (ACD)?

Actually we are using MVTS II as softswitch and experiencing very low ACD
for one of our customers who sends SIP calls to our H.323 GWs.
